How to Buy Land With Himaya Lands
1. Discover Our Projects
Find our projects through our website or social media platforms, then reach out to our team for more information and to book a site visit.
2. Visit the Property
We take you to the actual site, where you can see the location, surrounding developments, access roads and available amenities.
3. Select Your Plot
Once on site, you choose the specific plot that best suits your needs and investment plans.
4. Conduct Your Due Diligence
We provide you with a copy of the parent title deed and the relevant property information to allow you to carry out your due diligence and verify the property before making your purchase.
5. Make Your Payment
Once you are satisfied with the property and the due diligence process, you proceed with the agreed payment according to the applicable payment terms.
6. Sign the Agreement & Transfer Documents
We prepare the sale agreement and transfer forms for signing by both parties. The documents are also reviewed and executed with the involvement of a lawyer.
7. Receive Your Title Deed
After completion of the required transfer and registration process, you receive your title deed. Our process is designed to have the title deed issued within 60 days, subject to completion of all required documentation and the relevant land registration processes.
